(Car SOS: Season 12: Golf Gti Mk 2) Auta a motorky Warming the cockles of your heart, the ever-popular Car SOS is back for a twelfth season, as Fuzz Townshend and Tim Shaw continue their mission to seek out and rescue classic cars for deserving owners. From grand tourers to hot hatches, from quirky motors to rare sports cars, the boys have now polished off an astonishing 120 cars over the years – that’s almost a car park full! And this season they seemed to have raised the bar once again. Tim and Fuzz take on a 1989 VW Golf GTi, one of the most iconic cars to have come out of the 1980s and one which just happens to be Tim Shaw’s all-time favourite car. The boys challenge this time is to make this particular Golf suitable for its owner Darren, a former bus driver who was left disabled and partially sighted after a tragic road accident in which he saved the life of his young grandson.
