Chef Ramsay is in Michigans Upper Peninsula to uncover the regions culinary gems. He goes spearfishing amongst shipwrecks in Lake Superior, hunts woodcock, and helps a local monk build a fence in exchange for a taste of his legendary thimbleberry jam.
